Rep support & training
If you enroll as a Rep with me, this is what you're owed.
Sponsoring somebody isn't a transaction that ends at enrollment. I'm responsible for the Reps who enroll with me — for training them and supporting them — and I'd rather write that down publicly than leave it as a vague promise on a call.
My responsibility to Reps
The support I actually provide.
A sequenced 30-day start
Week by week, one next action at a time. You'll never open the training platform wondering where to begin.
Weekly live training — Wednesdays, 6pm Mountain
Recorded if you can't make it. Built around what the team is stuck on that week, not a fixed curriculum on repeat.
One-to-one in week one, monthly after
We map your hours, your network, and your goals against your real calendar — then we check the plan against reality every month.
An active group chat
Ask at 11pm, get an answer. Most of the real learning happens between the scheduled calls.
Language, scripts, and templates
You shouldn't have to invent how to talk about this. I'll give you what works and help you make it sound like you.
Compliance guardrails
No income claims, no exaggeration, no pressure on people who've said no. I hold my team to this without exception — it protects you first.
Where travel agents get support
Agents are supported by the host agency — and that's a feature, not a brush-off.
If you buy a travel business through me, you are an independent travel agent with the host agency. Your training, your booking systems, your supplier questions, your commission questions, and your day-to-day agent support all come from the agency, its Ambassadors, and its agent groups. They have entire departments for this. I don't, and pretending otherwise would do you a disservice.
What I'll do is point you to the right place. If I know the correct page in the agency's site or the right department to contact, I'll tell you exactly where to go so you're not hunting for it. And if you want to stay in touch, I'd genuinely like that — it just isn't a substitute for the agency's own support channels, which are better resourced than I am.
The support and training commitments above are what I owe the Reps on my team. That's the line, and I keep it deliberately clear so nobody ends up waiting on me for something the agency could have answered properly the same day.
Ask me about
Getting started, your 30-day plan, how to talk about your business, weekly rhythm, follow-up, marketing, and anything on the Rep side of the business.
Ask the host agency about
Booking systems, supplier relationships, commission payments, itinerary and client servicing issues, certifications, and agent-specific policies.
Questions about any of that?
Ask them before you spend a dollar, not after. That's the entire point of the first call.
